Request account or data deletion
You can request deletion of your 10-Minute-Math account and associated data without reinstalling the app. Requests are handled by Pitret Solutions at [email protected].
How to request deletion
Send an email from the address associated with your account to [email protected] with the subject “10-Minute-Math — account/data deletion request”. State whether you want the entire account deleted or have a request about specific child/profile data.
A parent or guardian may contact us on a child’s behalf. We will verify account ownership or authority before processing the request. Never send your password, a payment, or an identity document in the initial request.
What account deletion covers
A full account deletion request covers the account email and password hash, linked child profiles, submitted answers and challenge history, daily practice results, and associated leaderboard data. If you request only certain data, describe it so we can explain what can be removed without closing the account.
What happens next
Opening an email draft does not send the request or delete your data. Review and send the email in your email app. Pitret Solutions will reply with any verification steps and confirm the outcome once the request is processed.
We do not promise instant or automated deletion. If any records need to be retained for a legal obligation or security reason, we will explain what remains and the applicable retention period. Contact us for details about backups or infrastructure records.
Guest data and copies on your device
For guest-only practice, clear 10-Minute-Math’s local app data or this website’s browser storage to remove the local profile, results and preferences. This also signs you out and removes locally stored progress.
Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete an online account. After server deletion, clear local storage on devices you used to remove remaining local copies.
